I recently had the roof replaced on my home in Bellevue with new PVC roofing. John Michael Roofing and Skylights did an exceptional job. John, the owner, personally came to inspect my old roof, showing us detailed pictures of damaged areas and explaining what our options were for a new roof. We were impressed by his professionalism. He and his crew were courteous and punctual. We did receive a couple lower bids, but decided to go with John because we felt he was very honest and up front with us, and because of his great references who we were able to speak with on the phone. Also the project cost did not escalate out of control as happened before with other projects I’ve had done on my home. I would happily recommend John Michael Roofing and Skylights to any of my friends who need a new roof. Bellevue and Seattle are fortunate to have a quality contractor like this available to them.
